Office Manager

Job Summary:

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and providing essential support to our team. Your primary focus will be to efficiently manage daily operations, maintain records, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with various customers, vendors, etc.   This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements:

• Manage the day-to-day administrative operations.
• Coordinate all office activities, including managing phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
• Handle all incoming inquiries from customers, suppliers, and employees, providing excellent customer service and timely responses.
• Manage the company’s filing systems and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

• Proficient in using office software (MS Office Suite, email, Quickbooks, Salesforce, etc.)

Project Manager

As a Roofing Salesman, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales revenue. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, performing roof inspections, conducting sales presentations, and building strong relationships with customers. Your primary objective will be to interact with homeowners, perform roof evaluations, meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the reputation of our roofing division.

Responsibilities:

• Perform roof evaluations for residential homeowners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential roofing market.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of customers through effective prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct project reviews with customers, providing accurate and detailed information about our roofing process, products and services.
• Assess customer needs and provide customized roofing solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Collaborate with the project coordinator and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Ability to carry and climb ladders
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Coachable
• Background in roofing is a plus but not required
